Well, as I said in my life story thingy I haven't done too much so far in Scientology. I've done some things during school time, but not much because I'm too busy. When I graduate high school though, I am planning on doing more. What I have done has helped me quite a bit. I've learned a great method of studying which has helped me improve my grades. I've also learned how to go up to someone and talk to him or her without feeling embarrassed or annoyed and how to not let things distract you from what you are doing. For example a while ago, when I was doing my work in school, if someone started humming or talking I would tend to stop my work and pay attention to the other person instead. Now, in the same instance, I won't be bothered a bit.
